KIELECKA BARBEQUE (BBQ) MUSTARD

INGREDIENTS: water, spirit vinegar, mustard seed, sugar, salt, modified cornstarch, tomato paste, dried peppers, seasonings, natural pepper vegetable extract, conservative: sodium benzoate.

Mustard with “Kielce” character – one of the spiciest in our product offer. Created explicitly according to specific requirements of the art of barbequing / grilling. It’s bouquet is derived from black ( and therefore the hottest tasting ) mustard seeds, large tomatoes ripened by the warm rays of the sun, and finally by sweet, red peppers supplemented with a bit of popular in southern Europe and countries of the Middle East chili pepper. Fragrant herbal seasonings uniquely complete the mustards full flavor attributes. As its very name suggests, it goes well with shish kebabs and grilled sausages, but we also recommend it as a seasoning condiment in
bigos [Polish sauerkraut and meat stew] and a marinate base for meats being prepared for grilling or barbequing.
Stored in a temperature from 2 to 200C, in cold storage places, maintains its freshness and fullness of taste up to 5 months. Does not contain flavor enhancers.
