Plum Kielecki Ketchup

INGREDIENTS: water, processed fruits and vegetables (21%): tomato paste, apple puree, plum preserves; sugar, glucose syrup, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, paprika, acidity stabilizer - citric acid, seasonings, aroma. 

This sweet and sour tomato sauce owes its exceptional taste to added natural apple and plum purée while the tang is there thanks to the able selected composition of herbal seasonings. Its fresh and characteristic plum aroma awakens recognition among many ketchup fans. In a short time it gained popularity among those who like combining modern kitchen with traditional Polish dishes.
We recommend using with hot dogs, grilled meat, lecso or the Polish traditional cabbage dish: “bigos” [cabbage an meat stew] adding theses dishes a very special flavor.
It should be stored it in a cool place, best refrigerated as there are no conservatives in the plum ketchup. Thus stored, the ketchup preserves its full flavor for 12 months.
