SNACK – PRZYSMAK ŚWIĘTOKRZYSKI

Snack - Przysmak Świętokrzyski is a flour crisps half-product (so called ‘pellet’), designated for fast preparation in the food industry or at home. Offered in retail as well as in catering packaging (all information on this subject may be found under “catering” tab of this website).

When purchasing our product you are given a choice of picking the moment of preparation. This provides a guarantee that it will always find its way to the table fresh, aromatic and appetizing but foremost free of conservatives and flavor enhancers. It is not artificially aromatized, thus when preparing you can give the snack your favorite flavor, seasoning after frying with salt, paprika, herbal mix or powdered sugar. Also tastes great with mayonnaise, ketchup or other sauces.
Snack is distinguished by an unusually attractive price and surprising large final product yield. During the frying process it increases its size from 3,5 to 5 times, which means that out of one, 400 gram bag, depending on the crisp shape, in volume you get from 6 to 10 liters of ready product. This is definitely sufficient enough for several portions for the entire family.

Frying

As said above, the flour pellet is a half-product. It is fit for consumption only after being fried first. The product should be deep-fried in oil in a temperature of about 1800C. To check if the temperature of the oil is ready for frying, lay carefully several raw crisps in heated oil. If after a few seconds, Snack will expand in size (that is, will “evenly” grow) and will become golden, mouthwatering color then the oil has the right temperature for frying. We then pour out small fistfuls of Przysmak Świętokrzyski  into the deep frying pan (or a deep fryer). Frying lasts only 5 to 10 seconds. Snack prepared in oil that is too hot or too cool will partially loose its flavor quality.

We can boast about an exceptionally wide and diversified choice of available shapes of the crisps. The product offer includes, among others die cut, squeezed ( e.g. ruffled, perforated, laminated), snack with imprinted, colorful designs ( e.g. popular bacon crisp) and even multi-dimensional – 3D. What’s more it comes in various flavors depending on the raw product of which it was made ( that is, wheat, potato or a flour mixes – i.e., wheat flour and potato starch).
