INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

BASIC INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27-04-2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter called “GDPR”), the following is announced:

1. The administrator of personal data is: Wytwórcza Spółdzielnia Pracy “Społem” with its registered office in Kielce at ul. Mielczarskiego nr 93-95, code 25-726, tel. .: 41 347-98-00 hereinafter referred to as “ADO“;

2. Information on the processing of personal data by Wytwórcza Spółdzielnia Pracy “Społem” in Kielce can be obtained at the email address iod@wspspolem.com.pl or in writing to the address of the administrator’s office.

3. Personal data is processed in order to:

a) fulfill performance of the contract (obligations) to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, prior to the conclusion of the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1, point b) of the GDPR),

b) processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the administrator (Article 6.1 of the Civil Code);

c) processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);

4. Recipients of personal data will be the appropriate ADO employees authorized to process personal data;

5. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area;

6. The processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed and is calculated based on the following criteria:

a) legal regulations that oblige ADO to process data for a certain period of time (e.g. the Accounting Act),

b) the period of execution of the contract (obligations) and pursuing claims in this respect;

7. The person whose personal data refers to has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, raise objections, transfer data, withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing;

8. Moreover, the person whose personal data refers to has the right to lodge a complaint with the GIODO when he / she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him / her violates the provisions of the GDPR;

9. Providing personal data is a condition in accordance with the Act;

10. In addition to personal data provided to ADO by the person whose personal data refers to, they are obtained (if necessary) from CEIDG or KRS.
