Mayonnaise for Baking has been developed for lovers of pizza, casseroles or toasts. It is characterized by high resistance to high temperature; it binds meat and vegetable juice very well and tastes excellent. It features the highest quality ingredients and emphasizes the taste of baked dishes. The unique recipe of the Mayonnaise for Baking allows for reheating dishes with its addition in the oven or microwave, without decreasing its flavour.

The new mayonnaise has been prepared thinking about clients in the HoReCa industry (hotels, restaurants, catering).
