Kielecki Kebab-Gyros Sauce

– combines a creamy texture with a distinctive blend of spices, enhancing the flavour of dishes rather than overpowering it,
– an aromatic blend of chili pepper, garlic, coriander and cumin gives the sauce its characteristic mildly spicy, gyros-inspired flavour,
– perfect not only with kebabs, gyros and fries, but also as a flavourful addition to burgers, wraps, tortillas, sandwiches and salads,
– can be used as a dip, marinade or classic table sauce,
– adds juiciness to dishes and improves their texture, bringing together the flavours of fresh vegetables and roasted meat into one harmonious whole.
Ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, mustard (water, spirit vinegar, mustard seeds, sugar, salt, spices), sugar, modified corn starch, spirit vinegar, gyros seasoning 1.5% (salt, sugar, onion, paprika, chili, spices, tomatoes, coriander, cumin, turmeric, acidity regulator: citric acid; paprika extract), salt, milk proteins (including lactose), dried granulated garlic, flavouring (yogurt flavour powder – contains milk, whey powder – from milk), dried chili, flavouring, stabiliser: guar gum, dried dill.
